Shipping Policy

Natures Balance Care fulfills each and every order with freshly mixed product. To insure maximum potency, we ship all orders within two business days of your order.

Natures Balance Care provides shipping through United Parcel Service (UPS) 2nd Day, 3rd Day and regular Ground. Product prices shown in our online catalog do not include shipping and handling. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of check-out by UPS integration. If you have any questions about the shipping charges, please contact us. Natures Balance Care ships all product F.O.B. Natures Balance Care is not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments. Customer is responsible for all taxes and duties at time of delivery.

Secure Transactions

Natures Balance Care supports secure transactions. You can use your credit card with confidence when purchasing products on our site. If your Internet access does not support secure transactions, you have the option of placing your order by telephone, fax or mail. Please consult our Contact Us page for contact details. We gladly accept Visa, Master Card and PayPal for all transactions. Sorry, we cannot accept COD orders or direct EFT transfers. Please contact us with any requests or questions.

Return Guarantee

Natures Balance Care guarantees the highest level of potency for our products and extends a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with Natures Balance Care products, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund. Please provide an explanation of your dissatisfaction with our product via e-mail or written note included in returned shipment.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Natures Balance Care is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Returns will be credited to your credit card account.

The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
